Since 2020, stress, anxiety, and depression have emerged as significant challenges, deeply impacting both mental and physical well-being. In this interactive workshop, we will explore how optimizing your overall health can help you feel better—both in the short term and over time—and how these changes can positively influence your mental health. We’ll delve into the concept of wellness, guiding you through practical strategies and daily choices that foster long-term health, happiness, and resilience. Together, we'll empower you to create a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that enhances your well-being on every level, offering hope and motivation for a healthier future.

Danielly Rocha-Lanter is a Certified Mind Body Medicine Practitioner, Certified Mental Wellness Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer whose life’s purpose has been to empower individuals to discover their potential and greatness through Mind and Body training.
Danielly grew up in Brazil, and she graduated from Universidade Vila Velha with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences this education skyrocketed her passion for studying life and eventually, that evolved to understanding the mind and the body and how their connection can help her clients.
She then migrated to the United States in 2009 and has since become a Personal Trainer and Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner, helping her individual and corporate clients achieve complete wellness from inside and out. She is also a public speaker and workshop facilitator, teaching regularly about Mindfulness and Mind-Body Wellness.
Corporate Wellness, Mind Body Transformation, and Personal Training are her three core programs designed to provide clients with effective tools, strategies, dietary guidance, and the necessary mindset shift needed to allow the best version of themselves to come forward.
What makes Danielly’s journey more distinct is how her practice all started from her very own struggles with her health and well-being since coming to the US, becoming a businesswoman, and eventually a working mother.
